Harlequin Mills & Boon Medical Romance Novels

The twelve days of Christmas…Giveaway!

Just when you thought that Christmas was all over for another year…  We’re still celebrating, with Medical Romances to give away!  And to get the New Year off to a good start, we’d love to hear your opinions and reading preferences.

We’re always keen to hear what you think, and over the last few weeks the Medical Romance authors have been putting their heads together to come up with a set of questions – things we’d most like to know from you.  We’ve drawn up a short survey, and we’d be thrilled if you would take a few minutes to complete it.  We’ll be sharing the results here with you, later in the week.

And we have fourteen books to give away!  Kate Hardy, Amy Andrews, Lucy Ryder, Anne Fraser, Avril Tremayne, Annie O’Neil, Sue Mackay, Susan Carlisle, Emily Forbes, Annie Claydon, Louisa Heaton, Robin Gianna, Jennifer Taylor and Louisa George will each be sending a book to one of the lucky winners.  All you need to do to be in the draw is post a comment here by Wednesday (31st December).

How to complete the survey
Just use the form below.  The survey’s anonymous, and you can answer as many or as few questions as you wish, although we’d love it if you can spare the time to answer all of them.  Where we’ve asked you to pick just one option in reply to a question, please choose the one which appeals to you the most.

How to enter the Giveaway
Leave a comment in reply to this post.  Winners will be announced here on the blog, along with the survey results.

  1. Wishing everyone a Happy New Year! Can’t wait to see the survey results – what a great way to get to know our readers a little more intimately 🙂 But I can’t promise to change my ways as my characters tend to run the show, making me do their bidding – a bit like my kids, LOL.

  2. Will be interested in seeing the results…would really like to see some allied health heroines and heroes getting some love (e.g. Pharmacists, physios, speech pathologists) in medical! Here’s to more wonderful medical romance in 2015 🙂

  3. So glad to see we have some comments already – Thanks, Michelle, Jeanie and Sharon! I know all of us are looking forward to seeing what our readers have to say (my brain is already percolating on Jeanie’s comment…) 🙂 Wishing everyone a happy and healthy 2015!

  4. I responded to the survey and can not wait to know the result. I just finished reading “Her Royal Family Christmas” by Kate Hardy …. a book well suited to the Christmas period.
I wish all authors a good year with the hope that they continue to seduce us with their heroes and heroines. 🙂

  5. Thank you Michelle, Jeanie, Sharon and Franca for your comments – you’re entered into the draw for prizes 🙂 And I just took a peek at our survey stats and we’re already getting a healthy response, so thank you to everyone who’s been taking part.

  6. Happy Christmas everyone! Wishing you all health and happiness in 2015. I’m really looking forward to seeing the results of the survey. Thanks to Annie for all her hard work organising it. Anne x

    1. Hey Susan – don’t forget you can find all 6 releases every month as ebooks or you can also subscribe to the line through the Harlequin website.

    2. And as well as subscribing to the line, as Amy mentioned, they can be purchased individually as print books from Harlequin.com too, Susan, until supplies run out. Thanks for making the effort to find us here! 🙂

  7. Happy New Year everyone! Loved the survey. The Medical Series line is one of my favorites. I have been “shouting from the rooftop” that the best series I read last year was the 200 Harley Street series, I really hated getting to that 8th book, wanted more! Looking forward to some great books in 2015!

    1. Thank you for your kind words, Pam! I’m so thrilled you liked the 200 Harley Street series, it was a great privilege and pleasure to work with the other authors on that continuity. (And I also had a fun afternoon checking out the wine bars in the area, for ideas for ‘Drakes’. I’m not sure that the others strictly needed me to do that, but I was a willing volunteer!)

      1. From next month of January the Harlequin Mondadori published translated into Italian the series of 200 Harley Street, I can not wait to start it, I like the series written by multiple authors.

    1. Thank you Regencygirl! I always get such a thrill from seeing my books in the library, and our survey is already telling us how important your libraries are to you. A great library is worth its weight in gold!

    2. Love a good library 🙂 but dont forget you can subscribe to the line and get all the new releases in paperback delivered to your door every month 🙂

  8. We’ll be publishing the results of our survey, along with the giveaway winners on Thursday/Friday – depending on your time zone.

There’s still time to be included in the draw for a giveaway and to complete our survey – so if you haven’t already done so, it’s not too late. And thank you again, to all those who have already participated!

  9. I just completed your survey. Last year I bought all the North American releases, except one which was not available from Harlequin. It was part of an 8 book series so I may have to break down and buy it in ebook form. I must confess that I do buy older books from the used book store as I’m trying to find all the oldies.

I’m not sure what my budget will be like for next year but Medicals rank high on my to be bought list.

I haven’t read all the Medicals I bought this past year but loved all the ones I’ve read so far.

Wishing you all a Happy, Healthy and Prosperous New Year.

    1. Thank you Kaelee, we all so appreciate your support! I’m with you all the way on used book stores – I find it hard to walk past one without going in and sorting through to find some hidden gems.

  10. I wish all surveys were this brief (yet thorough!)…. Like the others, I am curious to see the results by the weekend.
I have a hard time finding medicals around here, but when I do? Watch out! I do a girly dance and squeeeeeee!
    Happy new year!

    1. Thank you Laney! There was so much that we all wanted to ask you, but we were determined to keep it as brief as possible, so it turned into a bit of a balancing act 🙂 I’m glad to hear that we got it right. Have a very happy new year!

  11. Once again, a big thank you to everyone who’s completed our survey! We really appreciate the support of everyone who’s posted here, and all those who have completed the survey without posting. One more day to go!

  12. I’ve just completed the survey. I love Medical Romances – my New Year’s resolution is to read even more of them than I do now! Keep up the great work, ladies!

  13. Everyone’s a winner! We searched our shelves and came up with a few more books, so that we can send everyone a prize. If you’ve already commented here, then drop me a line at annie@annieclaydon.com to organise an address for postage, and we’ll drop your name into the hat to pair you up with one of our lovely authors, who will send you a book.

  14. I’ve already heard from some of the winners – thank you ladies – and I realise I should have posted a list of names. Sharon, Jeanie, Lea, Charlotte, Susan Frank, Pam Lowery, Annie Burrows, Regencygirl01, Linda Hebb, Petro Grobelaar, Kaelee, Laney4, Julie and Amanda Gardener – thank you all for commenting and please do drop me a line.
